Dermalatex
Dermalatex is a flexible rubberized bitumen emulsion that produces an elastic vapour proof and waterproof film which can withstand movements and will not crack under severe weather conditions. “DERMALATEX” is easy to apply and can be diluted 1:1 in water to serve as its own primer. “DERMALATEX” bonds fully to any substrate due to its high rubber content.

Principle Application
  • A thick, elastic sulphate resistant underground protection membrane for all concrete substructure including foundations, basements, retaining walls, bridges etc.
  • An excellent waterproofing coating for wet areas I.e. Bathrooms, Showers and Kitchens.

Deepseal 2000 -
Silicate Gel Type Waterproofing System

"DEEPSEAL 2000" is a colorless and odorless liquid when applied on concrete, it penetrates down through the pores and capillaries of the concrete about 5-20mm deep (depending on the porosity of the concrete) to form Hydrophobic barrier that prevent water penetration. The deeper the penetration the more effective the treatment.

"DEEPSEAL 2000" reacts with the lime in the concrete to form a hard, insoluble gel within the pores, thus closing small voids. Unlike surface coating, "DEEPSEAL 2000" treatment is not worn down by heavy traffic or even in a high thermal stress environment.

DEEPSEAL 2000 is successfully used in roof and car park and exposed roof that have high thermal stress in such roof, the problematic area where construction joints, honey combs and cracks occurs were due to high thermal stress. These leakage areas can be easily treated by DEEPSEAL 2000. After removing the honeycombs, groove the crack and construction joints. These to be patched up by DEEPSEAL 300 or suitable repair mortar and after that spray over with DEEPSEAL 2000 at the rate of 5m2 per liter per coat and to allow the DEEPSEAL 2000 to be absorbed into the concrete surfaces. Do normal hosing down with water onto the DEEPSEAL 2000 as in the Method of Statement section. Compare to membrane technologies, DEEPSEAL 2000 is a more apparent and long term cost-effective sealing solution.

Deepseal 50
DEEPSEAL 50 is a liquid, cold-applied, seamless, elastomeric membrane, between slab waterproofing system which provides superior protection against the penetration and lateral movement of water.

DEEPSEAL 50 is a single component, moisture curing, modified polyurethane, specially formulated for hand application by squeegee to horizontal surfaces. Applied directly from the container, no mixing is required. DEEPSEAL 50 is supplied in 20 litres/ pail only.

DEEPSEAL 50 is formulated for application by roller to horizontal and some vertical surfaces. It is designed especially for use as a flexible continuous waterproofing membrane: above grade, between two-course concrete, between masonry construction and bituminous toppings and for exterior below grade waterproofing of masonry.

Uses include almost any application where migrant or stationary water is an actual or potential problem, such as: parking garages, pools, plaza decks, malls, shower stalls, mechanical rooms, fountains, wet rooms, bridges, highways, balconies, below grade slabs, between floor waterproofing for high-rises, walls, culverts, around drains, sea-walls, dams, reservoirs, concrete tanks as well as many other similar type areas where superior waterproofing is required.

Deepseal 201 is a flexible cement based of 2 components polymer modified waterproof coating. It is suitable applied to concrete and mortar to prevent water infiltration as to fill and seal pores and voids, crack and hair line of all substrates and yet provides a breathable coating which allows water vapor transmission. And as a protective layer against aggressive gas such as carbon dioxide and also frost and thawing salts.

Principle Application
Deepseal 201 consists of Portland cement, selected and well graded sand and plasticiser, formulated with specially selected and graded fine quartz and high quality latex to create a brushable, smooth slurry with excellent bond and adhesion to most substrates. It is a flexible cementitious water proofer suitable use in:

SpECtite  CW 100
SpECtite CW100 is a two-component polymer modified cementitious coating. The product may be trowel, brush or spray applied to provide a flexible, waterproof barrier.

Principle Application
SpECtite CW100 may be used where there is a requirement to exclude water from a building or retain it within a structure. The material is particularly effective where there is a requirement for crack bridging capability, typically in the following situations:

Deepseal 200

Deepseal 200 is a brush or spray applied coating for waterproofing and protection of concrete or sand / cement render.

Deepseal 200 is cement based supplied in powder form and formulated from Portland cement, fine quartz sand and active chemicals.

The chemicals require the presence of water in the capillaries in order to penetrate and from sealing crystals. Although surface applied, Deepseal 200 is not just a painted membrane. The special active Deepseal chemicals penetrate and become integral with the concrete and is not merely a coating which can be easily damaged. No special protective system is necessary (as in membrane waterproofing systems) when back filling is under way. Deepseal products tolerate water and therefore substrates do not have to be specially dried out before the application can be made – as with most solvent based resin systems. In fact Deepseal must always be applied to damp surfaces and can be applied to surfaces weeping with water even against high water pressure.

Deepseal 200 slurry applied to inside or outside surfaces will provide total protection to the concrete. Should the wall develop shrinkage cracks, the unique qualities of Deepseal react with the moisture to seal off the leakage even against high water pressure. Deepseal 200 is widely used in waterproofing projects on different construction structure. It has been used in waterproofing industry for more than 30 years.

Principle Application
  • Basement (both external and internal wall)
    "Deepseal 200" slurry can be applied to either internal or external wall surface to provide total protection to concrete. Usually, "Deepseal 200" is applied externally to waterproof the basement structure. When the external wall is not accessible, "Deepseal 200" can be applied to internal wall. Should the wall develop any shrinkage cracks, the unique features of Deepseal crystallization material reacts with moisture to seal off the leakage even against high water pressure. "Deepseal 200" crystallization principle can work under both positive and negative water pressure.

  • Swimming Pools
    "Deepseal 200" has been successfully used for in-ground or suspended pools. “Deepseal 200” penetration property enable crystals to be formed inside the concrete and become integral part of the structure. Thus provides total protection to the pool surface that are subjected to water and chemical absorption which can attack reinforcing steel. Applying Deepseal for pool structure will assure the performance since Deepseal works better the older it becomes because it works with moisture.
